Covenant
Nursery School begins registration for current students in January and is opened up to new families in February. Registration continues until all spaces are filled. A waiting list is maintained for families not receiving their first choice of school days.

Tuition Cost
Tuition plans include either a single payment, trimester or monthly payment option. Any parent desiring a payment plan other than these options can make arrangements with the Director. The annual schedules are as follows and assume a $100.00 deposit is made at the time of registration.

Late Fees
A late fee of $10 will be assessed for every 10 days a payment is past due for November and February payment. Your prompt payment of tuition is greatly appreciated!
Refund Information
The $100 deposit is non-refundable after June 1, 2008. For both payment plans, tuition will be refunded for the trimester beyond the one in which the withdrawal takes place, or at the time the school is able to fill the vacated space - whichever occurs first. If the school is able to fill your child's place, reimbursement will be prorated to the date the replacement is made. Written notification of withdrawal to the school Director is required.
Financial Assistance Policy
In an attempt to make our education services available to as many families as possible, Covenant Nursery School attempts to provide as much scholarship money as our budget will allow. Partial scholarships will be awarded annually based on need and within the limits of the school's budget and fundraising ability. For an application, please contact the Director - all information will be kept confidential.
