Covenant Nursery School begins registration for current students in January and is opened up to new families in February. Registration continues until all spaces are filled. A waiting list is maintained for families not receiving their first choice of school days.

An application form and contract must be completed for each child you wish to enroll and payment in the amount of $100.00 must accompany each completed application form and contract. This amount represents a $50 tuition deposit and $50 non-refundable application fee, which secures your child's placement in Covenant Nursery School.

The tuition plans include single-payment, trimester-payment plan option and monthly plan option. The annual schedules are as follows (the payments indicated are in addition to the $100 application fee payable with the appplication):

Late Fees

Each family must choose a payment plan and make the first tuition payment June 1, 2010. Any family unable to meet its payment schedule must contact Tina Vanderwarker as soon as possible to discuss whether individual arrangements can be made. For any tuition payment that is past due, a late payment penalty of $25 will be assessed. Enrollment will not be held for any child whose tuition is 30 days past due. A child whose tuition payment is past due will not be permitted to enroll in any enrichment program. Tuition will be prorated for any child who is accepted for enrollment after the school year has begun.

Refund Information

The $50 tuition deposit will be refunded if the child is withdrawn before June 1, 2010. If withdrawal is necessary after June 1, 2010, it must be submitted in writing before September 1st and one half of the first trimester tuition payment is forfeited (or one sixth of the single payment), if applicable. After September 1, 2010, no refunds will be issued. Your contract is binding.

WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL IS REQUIRED.

Financial Assistance Policy

In an attempt to make our education services available to as many families as possible, Covenant Nursery School attempts to provide as much scholarship money as our budget will allow. Partial scholarships will be awarded annually based on need and within the limits of the school's budget and fundraising ability.
