Covenant
Nursery School is a part-day, not-for-profit, non-sectarian, family centered program for two to five year old children.
In 1954 Lois Lloyd began a small school for disabled children on the second floor of Covenant United Methodist Church. This school quickly grew to include over seven classes and more than 120 children. Although Mrs. Lloyd went on to establish SHORE community services, her love of children and teaching remained a lasting influence on Covenant Nursery School. Today, Covenant remains a community of families who have come together for three generations in a warm, caring environment of learning and playing.
